Forest Of Dean Lift Share

Fancy a lift to Forest Of Dean to ride bikes? We can help!

As well as coaching in Ashton Court, we also work in other locations, such as the Forest Of Dean. When we go, there’s usually only one person and a bike in the van. We have space for 4 others to join and we’d love you to be one of them.

FOD is one of our favourite locations to ride in the ‘wider Bristol area’. It has fast flow trails, technical downhills, steep sections, jumps and a skills area! If you’ve not been, you should get yourself there, or maybe we could get you there!?

What’s The Deal?

  • Overs 18’s only
  • Book in advance for just £15 (You can find our lift share dates here)
  • Meet and drop is at Ashton Court – Bristol
  • There’s space for you, your (one) bike and a backpack/lunch
  • Driver, fuel and parking dealt with, meaning you can enjoy riding!

Why Are We Doing This?

  1. The Environment Lift sharing means means less cars/vans on the road.
  2. Opportunity Not everyone has transport. This gives options for those people to ride new locations.
  3. Community We love connecting people who love to ride bikes. You might make new friends!
  4. Saves Us All Cash Cost of living and fuel price hikes are real. £15 is far less than it would cost to drive to FOD from Bristol and park for the day. Parking is £8 on its own!

Other Stuff You Need To Know

  • The driver is coach and has a job to do. That means they will leave at the advertised time in Bristol. They will tell you what time you need to be at the van in FOD, in order to get home. If you’re not there, you may well get left behind!
  • When you sign up, please fill in your contact details and health and safety information where prompted.
  • If it’s looking wet/muddy, we’d appreciate you bringing a towel to sit on, or a change of clothes.

What’s not to like? Click here to view the dates we’re over in FOD and get yourself signed up, perhaps your mates too?
