The fundamentals of mountain biking aren’t mastered quickly. Learning perfect balance, movement and control around corners and over various terrain is something that you can still be learning many years after your first off-road ride. For this reason, no matter if you’re a rookie or a seasoned weekend warrior; we always recommend you ask us for the fundamentals.

This programme, its drills and techniques can be easily tailored to suit complete beginners or much more confident riders so that everyone can benefit from time with one of our most experienced coaches, Matt.

OUR FUNDAMENTALS OPTIONS

Public Full Day Fundamentals: 6 hours
10am-4pm with a break for lunch (9am-3pm in Winter). You can book this for a private group or join a public day for £90pp. We run Public Full Day Fundamentals once a month and you can see our up coming dates below.

Bespoke: 1 to 6 hours
Book time with one of our experts and pay by the hour. We’ll tailor session length and locations to give you the best option for you so call us to discuss your needs. You can book a bespoke session to focus on your fundamentals here.

What’s included

A pre-ride phone consultation leading to program development in advance of the session. Professional mountain bike instruction with one instructor to a maximum of 8 riders.
