We Sell Bikes - Pedal Progression

We Sell Bikes

Did you know we sell bikes too? Due to the small size of our facility, we cannot stock bikes, but with our experienced and knowledgeable team what we lack in size we can more than make up for in service! You can buy a bike through us from two awesome manufacturers, Whyte and Marin! We’re also signed up to Cyclescheme so if you have a voucher or would like to get one, you can buy with us and we’ll give you a fully personalised service starting with a free 1-2-1 consultation. Click here for more detail.

So, whether you are after your next mountain, gravel, road, hybrid or kid’s bike we’d love to hear from you.

Whyte

We are a Whyte dealer and part of their click and collect programme, making it easy to pick up your new Whyte bike from us. This also enables you to access their finance packages.

For those of you who don’t know about Whyte, they were formed in 1999. John Whyte worked for the Benetton Formula One team in the 90’s designing suspension and it was his innovative designs that put the then mountain bike brand on the map with a rather odd looking bike called the PRST-1. Since then Whyte have won many awards for their bikes, now spanning a full range including road bikes and hybrids too. Just this year they won the ‘Enduro Bike Of The Year’ award from BikeRadar – see the video below.

If you want to feel just how good Whyte bikes are, come and hire one of our 801 or 802C hardtail mountain bikes.

Marin

In the 90’s Marin were arguably the biggest mountain bike brand after Kona. Their years of experience have enabled them to stay at the top of their game in creating bikes that are super fun to ride! Always a winner for a great value mid range hardtail, Marin also have some very tasty top end machines, unique in design. Their gravel bikes and commuters have become very popular in recent years.

Check out the video below with Veronique Sandler and Matt Jones shredding their new Marin Mount Vision mountain bikes!

NOTE: Due to the recent Coronavirus outbreak and the subsequent spike in bike sales nationally, supply is proving difficult for the majority of bike brands! If you’re struggling to find out information about when you might be able to buy the Whyte or Marin that you want, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to see what we can do for you.
